Shipping & Delivery
All online orders must be paid with a credit card. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Please note: Your billing address must match the billing address of the credit card used for purchase.

We ship anywhere in the United States and most international countries.

Most orders will ship within 1 business day; however, at times certain items are in high demand and will unfortunately be on backorder. If you need your jewelry in a hurry please contact us and we will be able to let you know if an item can ship immediately. If there is a delay over 5 business days, you will be contacted immediately.

All orders are shipped Fed-Ex Ground unless otherwise specified. We offer free shipping for orders over $100. International Shipping is via Fed-Ex Int'l or United States Postal Service (USPS).

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice and tracking data.

PLEASE NOTE: at this time, we are not able to ship to (or accept credit cards from) Iran, Sudan, Syria, Cuba, Ghana, Nigeria, Uganda, Indonesia, Malaysia or North Korea. As of June 2014, new regulations have prohibited us from shipping to Palestine and Russia.

Returns & Replacements
Vanessa Mooney will accept items purchased from for store credit only within 21 days of purchase. Items returned must be in a new condition with tags in place. This includes voucher sales, i.e. Daily Candy Deals, etc.

Sale items & items purchased with a promotional code are non-returnable and non-refundable.
NOTE: If you purchase an item that at a later date goes on sale, we are not able to honor the lower price.

Items received as gifts from our on-line store by be returned for store credit on our website.

Exchanges are subject to shipping charges.

Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. They will request a repair tracking number and have it shipped to us directly.

If the item was purchased within 1 year, there is no repair charge. If the item was purchased over a year ago, it is subject to a repair and shipping fee.

Due to the one of a kind nature of many of our pieces, we cannot guarantee we can repair every piece made in the collection. For any questions regarding this please email
